Can we combine more than one service?
Yes, and many clients choose to do so. A common sequence is to begin with the Diagnostic Business Review and then proceed to either Brand Positioning or Governance, depending on what the diagnostic surfaces as a priority. We are happy to discuss sequencing when you get in touch.
Are the fees fixed or are there additional costs?
The fees listed cover the full scope of the engagement as described. If your requirements differ from the standard scope — for example, a larger organisation requiring more departments or additional workshops — we will discuss and agree on any adjustments before work begins. There are no hidden charges.
How much of our team's time will be required?
We try to be considerate of your team's schedule. Most of the analytical work happens on our side, with focused time blocks required from your team at key stages — typically for interviews, workshops, and review sessions. We plan these well in advance and work around your availability.
Do you work with businesses outside Penang?
Yes. While our office is based in George Town, Penang, we work with clients across Malaysia. Some engagements are conducted primarily remotely with visits arranged for key sessions; others are done entirely on-site depending on the nature of the work. This is usually something we discuss at the outset.
What happens after the engagement concludes?
Each engagement ends with a formal handover — documentation, presentation, and a clear summary of recommendations or next steps. Some clients choose to engage us again for implementation support or follow-up; others take the deliverables and continue independently. Both are entirely fine with us.
